  • Omri Cherni

    Co-Founder and Managing Partner

    Omri is a Co-founder and Managing Partner of High-House Investments. He is an advisor, Chief Operational Officer and an investor in 25+ portfolio companies. His previous experience includes Jerusalem Venture Partners, Poalim Asia Direct and Crossroad Venture Capital. He has a solid track record in venture capital/ direct investments deals in Middle East, Europe, North America, and Asia. Omri holds a LL.B and MBA from Hebrew University of Jerusalem” without the “hold.

    Holds Master degree from The Hebrew university of Jerusalem.

  • Guy Cherni

    Co-Founder and Managing Partner

    Guy is the Co-Founder and the managing partner at High House Investments, and of Climate First, a next generation climate accelerator that supports purpose driven founders building game changing decarbonization technologies. Previous to HH, Guy Co-founded Atlas Dynamics, the leading European unmanned aerial systems (UAS) and the Siftech startup accelerator.

    Guy holds a B.A. in PPE and an M.A. in International Development from Hebrew University, an M.des in Industrial Design from Bezalel Academy of Art and Design, and an MBA from the Chicago Booth School of Business.

  • Miriam Erlich

    Chief Financial Officer

    Over 15 years of experience in corporate finance, project management, financial and strategy consulting. Prior to her role Miriam worked as a Financial Manager in Grangeford Asset Management and served as a Director for a private investment company with >$400m under management based in Switzerland and worked for such companies as KPMG, British American Tobacco and RusHydro International AG.

    Miriam holds an MBA degree from Bar-Ilan University

  • Maya Elon

    Head Of Operations

    Maya is in charge of all ongoing operations and investors relations. She has vast experience in running complex operations. Prior to joining the Company, Maya worked as an Executive Assistant and Operations manager at Selina (worldwide startup in the hospitality industry). Her experience also includes establishment and running the customer service of a fashion brand, part of FOX retail group.

    Maya has an LL.B degree from the IDC university and is a registered in the Israeli bar association as a lawyer since 2016.
